INITIO

Project INITIO is a solution to the damage pesticides cause to the environment. The challenge of this project was how to translate a highly technical and scientific explanation into an attractive and easy to understand explainer video.

After receiving the script, an storyboard was set, where both the client and me felt the message was not only understandable,but also entertaining.

With the storyboard the design process of the assets began, as well as the rigging of the character, the molecules, the hands and the tractor that appear.

​

Multiple techniques were used to deliver a fluid animation, that didn't take too much time. During the video, the animation of vector shapes was used constantly to simulate perspectives while mantaining the cartoonish style of the video.

To finish the piece, I designed the SFX that accompanies it.
